Four weeks pregnancy is just a clinical diagnosis. Not much damage will come to this pregnancy by traveling. And if some damage comes  ,  it is not possible to avert that by taking Progesterone supplements. In short you are getting treatment more because of medico-legal problems than because of clinical indication. You have to decide for yourself.
