My last period was on 12 March 2018 and then oN 12 April 18 my hcg was 490 and then on 13 April, start sppoting and followed on 19th aprili hcg was 610 , 20th April hcg was 145 and ultrasound scan attached. What it indicates.

Unfortunately does not appear to be an ongoing pregnancy pattern. Seems like a miscarriage. Please recheck check Hcg in a week to assess for further fall.
