Early periods and no pregnancy
I have my periods much earlier than it should happen and also this time my period was supposed to be on 22nd and it happened on 18th of may and it was just for two days it was dark brown

It is normal to have periods 3-4 days before the due date sometimes. Since the duration and character of flow was different it could be due to some hormonal imbalance. In some cases it is temporary and you might have regular periods next time. Sometimes it is related to stress also. If this has happened only once we will suggest you to wait for next periods .If the same problem reoccur you may have to undergo a few routine investigations to find out if it is abnormal or not. Till then go for regular morning walk , eat healthy food ,take adequate sleep and avoid taking any stress .
