I hope the tissue was sent for biopsy and results were normal, with no molar changes. Some hormonal changes are common after miscarriage and the period can be early or delayed. Observe for next periods, which should occur at normal time. Persistent bleeding following a miscarriage needs scan to rule out retained products
Next Steps
Maintain menstrual calendar. Seek consultation in case of persistent irregular bleeding
If the bleeding has stopped spontaneously then you don't need to do anything . If bleeding is still continuing please consult your Gynaecologist who did the D&C.
