Early menuatrial period

Asked for Female, 39 Years

I m 39 years old and my period cycle is 28 days but from last month it occurred at 30 this of july till 3 August. And then 15aug-18aug and now 27 Aug again.I m using copper -t of 10 yrs from.last 13 years that I had change 2 times in between and current. Is inserted before 6 years .Please tell me is it a sign of menopause or anything serious

This could be due to CuT ,which might have got displaced or expired ,or it might be.due to some.other underlying issues,for which u need to get an ultrasound done to identify the cause .
