Early menstruation

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had a question regarding abrupt blood spotting. I am taking few medications as I just pulled my decayed molar out. These medications seem to cause heat in my body too, I got that from how my stomachaches. I also took 2 pregnancy tests just in case and both came negative. I am confused what caused that and I am a little worried.

Urine pregnancy test is negative then confirm by Bhcg.It is blood test and done in laboratory .it result is negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding or wait for few more days.
