Early discharge problem. This problem!

Dear Sir, I am apoorv vats 24 years of old living in delhi chandni chowk, sir i have some sex problem i realize when i am trying to sex with a girl i discharge very early my discharge timing is almost a second and i trying another one then again it takes no longer time i feel very depressed at that time, due to hand practice a lot of age 13 to 18 years i lost my my sex strength and timing which timing i want to do sex i dont have properly, i have no issues with my penis its stands properly and hard also girls are like my penis a most on bed but at the time of sex when i dont want to discharge early,i discharged which is not good for a men, some kind of weakness in my both thighs all day also i realized some kind of pain like my blood flots ups and down and a pain every day when i m sex with a girl or not. give me some right direction for this problem thanks a lot.
