Hi Doctor , We are planning to do ear piercing for our 3 year old daughter in jewellery with gunshot. Can suggest any cream for painless. Please suggest the best and any precautions to be taken. Thanks

Ligoncaine gel can be used but I would not suggest piercing per sey as a pediatrician.

Apply Lignocaine gel over the pinna (area where piercing is to be done) 30-45 minutes prior to piercing.
