Ear pain n infection

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My baby is four months old and he had vaccination on 1st March. He had high fever for three days and fourth day it was not there but he had a ear pain. We met doctor and they said bcos of cold he has gt ear pain. She prescribed naso clear drops and T-minic drops for three days. Cold has been cleared. But his ear is still paining if we giv a little high pressure. But there is no fluid discharge and sleepless nyt. Is this any serious issue and when shud i meet doctor immediately. Kindly help me

Just give steam inhalations and use decongestant nasal drops thrice a day for 3 days. NO ear drops to be used UNLESS you see ear discharge.
