Ear pain in left ear

Asked for Male, 19 Years

4 days ago suddenly I got A heavy ear pain...Even I am unable to eat fast due to the ear pain in my left ear.IT is paining more when I am standing.I have tried many drops and medicines from last 3 days(Ciplox,Auristillae,Drep drops and Clavam 625 Antibiotics),but still paining...Can you tell the possible quick treatments?
