Excessive use of devices which emit electromagnetic radiations (for example your cell phone) very close to the ears can damage the ear drums and cause pain or discomfort in the area or even hearing loss slowly. Try to restrict the use if possible or at least try to use headphones for lesser damage. As regards the problem with the teeth and the gums, pain in these sites can radiate to the left half of the face including the front and the back of the ear. Because it is radiating pain we do not need to address it directly but we need to focus on the objective treatment of the problem from where the pain is originating. Consult a dentist for a proper clinical evaluation of your oral cavity so that the right treatment can be suggested based on the right diagnosis. And please consult an ENT specialist to evaluate the reason for your ear pain. Regards.
