  4. Ear infection. Antibiotics is needed?

Ear infection
My baby 44 days old 4.420 kg. Has ear infection. He had ear wax liquid coming out of his ear two days back. Small hole was seen in one of his ear. He dint have fever or any sign of pain Ear and nasal drops is been given. Antibiotics too for within one week. Whether antibiotics is needed???
