  4. Ear infection (AOM) A child below 2yrs?

My son (21 months old) was diagnosed with 'Acute Otitis Media' for which doctor prescribed 'Relent Plus Syrup'. Is it safe to give this syrup to a child below 2yrs ? ( Also Is it an effective med to treat AOM ) Thanks.

Hi yes if the associated symptoms are cold cough and if aom is identified may need antibiotics also
