Dyspnea since one month
Hello doctor recently since 1 month having dyspnea and constantly blocked nose and post nasal drainage ...ecg, cbc and X-ray seems fine ..by any chance can I have a chronic inflammatory condition causing this like Wegener granulomatosis...my aunt has it ...my anca test done last year was negative ...my current esr is 15...I am worried is there any possibility that I can have it

Pl have the tests,anca and xray chest.pl have regular follow ups. Pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.

u will need to get c-aanca and chest xray test and then evaluate with chest physician
