I’ve been having dysmenorrhea like pain in my pelvic region on the next day of intercourse. Is it something to worry about? Or it’ll be okay with time? We’re not sexually very active. So it’s like once in 15 days sometimes even once a month. But the very next day, there is pain.

Yes. Use lubricant during sex. Foreplay is must before insertion do you get enough lubrication inside vagina. Do sex in well relaxing mood. Discuss your problem with your partner ask him to be soft during sex no hurry. Change the posture so you can control the act.
