Hi Sir / Madam My son 5 Month just completed and having decentry for last three day earlier it was loose stool after giving bifilac and ors its became dysentry whether we can continue the same medicine I bifilac sachet per day 20 ml ors whenever motion ( 6 times per day) Since its curfew no clinic behind us.pls help us to give a right medicine Advance thanks and very grateful to u

Need not worry sir... Did u strt him on cows milk or any new foods in last 2weeks... If so pls do withhold dhem... Supplement him with rice kanji and RBG kanji (rice Bengal gram).. U cn also use aerolac kanji...

Next Steps

Nd 20ml ORS/epi of loose stool won't b sufficient supplement wit 10ml/kg of wt /loose stool...

Bettr to avoid milk nd milk products fr 3days... check his urine output and activity... if he looks dull r doesn't pass urine fr more dhan 6hrs bettr to consult a paediatrician...
