Hi - My son who is 6.5 months old is given dynaclor 187 as he got fever few days back. We have given medicine today and forgot to keep it inside refrigerator and kept outside for almost 6 hours. Can we still use this medicine? Or do we have to discard and buy fresh one? Please advise as on the medicine carton it is written to keep it in cool temperature.

Discard medicine if color change is there. Otherwise you can use it. Room temperature is ok to store it unless it is very hot...
