I m 8weeks 2days pregnant suddenly my symptoms have gone away...what is the problem?no bleeding,no tried,no sore breast...please help me..I feeling bad so much please explain..is it normal?

Get done ultrasonography to know the condition of the baby.If everything is fine then contact to gynaecologist and discuss with her.Sometimes it happened means no previous symptoms and signs at all.
