You are definitely overweight and there is scope of reducing your weight by about 12-13 kg. But the bulge of Abdomen during periods is unusual. Please measure your abdominal girth (circumference) at the level of Umbilicus and measure it again during periods. Please consult a Gynaecologist on Practo with the report.
