Dull sensation in right Lower abdomen
Hi all,.. I have been having a dull sensation in the lower right abdominal region for the last 4-5 months. It comes and goes and it's just a dull sensation. I also had an anal fissure 6 months ago. The dull sensation sometimes moves to my left side as well. What could this be? It's more evident when I eat a late lunch or a late dinner
