Dull pain in left side of groin area

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Sir i feel dull pain like strain in muscle in left side of groin area (mainly on hip) and feeling burning sensation on penis in night after wet dreams , i feel burning during urination that time . But this burning sensation remove after i drink water. Some years ago i have problem of prone musterbation but i quit it from last 2 years. What should i do ?
