DUE TO PREGNANCY PROBLEM

Hello Dear Sir/Madam, ONE MONTH AGO I GOT ENGAGED. UNFORTUNATELY OUR MARRIAGE WAS POSTPONED. NOW I HAVE A ONE MONTH PREGNANCY. OUR MARRIAGE IS GOING TO BE HELD IN THE DECEMBER SO WE ARE NOT READY FOR GIVING A BIRTH TO CHILD DUE TO DIGNITY PROBLEMS AT OUR VILLAGES SO PLEASE GIVE US A GOOD ADIVSE. HOW TO ABORT FROM THIS SITUATION WITH OUT SURGERIES? IS IT POSSIBLE TO ABORT WITH ANY MEDICINE?
