  4. DTwp B2/DTap B2 & OPV3 vaccination. Do.

Actually my daughter completed 5 years, on Friday after we gave her (DTwp B2/DTap B2 & OPV3) yesterday she had fever 99.2f I gave 5ml of P250 TWICE. Today from morning whatever she eats she s vomiting, even water is not accepting.. what should I do.. no pediatrician will be available to take her & she very tired & can I give ORS for dehydration. Suggest me what to do

Give antipyretics ( paracetamol ) along with antiemetic ( 5ml syrup ondansetron ) Maintain hydration with ORS .
