Dryness over penis

Asked for Male, 29 Years

At starting i saw two ulcer kind on thing on the top of my panis & lots of mucus was releasing,i consulted a doctor & testing for herpes was done & results were negative. He suggested me to wash my panis regularly with warm salt water. Now there is so much dryness on my panis. I cannot pull foreskin of panis properly.
