Dryness and itchiness, swelling down t
It feels irritated , swelling, itchiness and very dry. Frequent urination but no pain or burning. Already blood test, urine test , ultrasound outside and internally done, everything normal , tried vaginal supp , relief for a few days , tried creams , but no help. Reports are normal but I feel very uncomfortable.

First diagnosis is a fungal infection. You should take2 or  3 courses of Antifungal ointment at fortnightly intervals and also oral medication .
