Dry vagina high prolactin

I had high prolactin due to antipsycotic tablet and my vagina was getting completely dry which was uncomfortable. Why does vagina get dry if prolactin is high? i am a virgin age 28

Hi Vaginal dryness not related to high prolactin Cud be sumthng else . Wat medicines u were taking? If u use prolonged anticholinergic, u cud dress pf all mucus membranes.
