  4. Dry Skin near breast area. Oil for her!

Dry Skin near breast area
My daughter is 1 year 8 months old.. and suddenly I noticed this on her Breat area.. skin is little bit light and too much dry.. this happened on both nipples.. but left one is not that much.. Please explain what's is this and what should I do.. I only use coconut oil or olive oil for her
