Dry eyes!!
Whenever u get up after sleep i feel my eyes totally dried out i wear co tact lenses daily and puts refresh tears eye drops daily 4 times a day then also i feel my eyes all day dry and after sleep i get up they are like completely dried out what to do

give a break. don't use cntact lens  for more than 5..6..hrs.if about wand a half or 2 yrs have  passed  then change the lens .cont using  lubricant  eye drops
