Dry eyes no tears and pain
Hello, I m 37 yrs female and suffering from dry eyes from last 2 yrs. There are no tears left in my eyes even when i cry. Whenever i cry there is pain in my neck some liquid comes out from my nose but no tears. There is pain in eyes also and reduced vision at night and not able to see in bright sunlight. I m very much worried about health of my eyes and vision. I feel very uncomfortable also. Pls suggest what to do.

Is there any dry mouth also
If yes then it is suggestive of sjogren syndrome disease

In the meantime, you may use lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears along with cold compresses and avoid exposure to air
