  4. DRY EYES. Eye drops every half an hour!

DRY EYES..
My eyes are dry eyes. When I was child around 3 or 4 year old I got eye flu and doctor put medicine in my eye, medicine was not suit and I lost my vision. After this my eye operated in JEEVAN NURSING HOME HOSPITAL, I got vision but my tears are not come till now. I put eye drops every half an hour

With the way that you have described , you probably have Keratoconjunctivitis SIcca (KCS). Eyedrops are mainstay then one can use punctal plugs to stop the tears draining from the eye.
Next Steps
Punctal plugs would be next logical choice for your condition
