Dry eyes due to lenses

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My power is - 2.5 in both eyes, no cylindrical power. I wear contact lenses occasionally but every time I do, it makes my eyes very dry and causes headache. Which lenses should I be using? Currently I use Bausch and lomb daily disposables. Thanks!

Dryness is not due to contact lens, but these days it is common problem due to Jio effect because it is providing free data leading to addition to mobile phone causing dryness ,you may use Tobrex eye drops 3-4 times & genteal eye drops 5-6 times , you may continue with B& l contact lens.
