Dry eyes and slight irritation
My vision no. is L-2.25, R-2.75 My eyes are dry and these days there is some kind of itching or irritation in my eyes which after rubbing become less for 4-5 mintues but in morning time it is slightly more even after splashing water on face with open eyes.Sometimes I rub ice cubes covered in cloth for lesser the itching in my eyes but it lasts only for few hours. Hello mam, you need to reduce your screen time whenever possible. If using screen for long time follow 20-20-20 rule, blink frequently and use lubricating eye drops. You can also use cold compression.
Next Steps
Avoid rubbing eyes. It only provides temporary relief and makes it worse.
