Dry eye problem for last 12 years.
I am suffering from dry eye from last 10 years. i have gone for treatments for many known hospitals and eye care centres but the treatments are not effective. i have diabetes and blood pressure in control. kindly suggest me some medicine for the same.

The cause of chronic dry eye is Meibomian Gland Disease (MGD), All eye drops will provide temporary relief. You have to get investigated.
Next Steps
Get Meibography done and Dry eye work up done. For chronic MGD IPL therapy has shown promising result.

Cause of dry eye needs to be identified. It can be due to allergies, drug
induced, old age. Along with treating the cause, tear substitutes help.
