  4. Dry ejaculation. Drugs caused this?.

Before 10 days I was diagnosed with kidney stone now I am taking cystone ,urimax and aquazide for the past 1 week but today I mastrubated but I had dry ejaculation . I am really very scared , Have these   drugs caused this ?. Please someone give me an answer or else I won't be able to sleep
