Dry coughing 5 year old girl

Asked for Female, 5 Years

My daughter has dry cough which starts from evening. especially before and during dinner or while going to bed. Have tried prescribed Levolin, Levolin plus and Montair LC Kid. It goes away for a while and starts again.

Give just steam inhalations 5-6 times a day for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. Ensure that your bedroom is well ventilated and dust and fume free.
