Dry cough since last 2 days

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from dry cough since last 2 days. Taking Levocetrizine as of now and trying home remedies. But cough does not seem to subside. Wanted to know if I can take Dabur Honitus cough syrup and if it is safe?? I am in my 30th week of pregnancy.
