My 3.5yrs old son is having dry cough since more than a month now.consulted pediatricion 2 weeks back.he said its allergic cough due to pollition and gave remune syrup for 1 month.i see no improvement.pls tell what to do. Also i gave cherricof.still no use.his wt is 15kgs.
