My husband having dry cough for past 2 days no cold,throat pain,fever only dry cough(only when he speak continously),is it may be a sign of covid?

In this situation of pandemic any upper respiratory symptom like cough, sorethroat, running nose and nasal discharge etc can be Covid 19 (SARS COV2)  infection and any of these symptoms alone may present itself. If persisting it is better to do swab test(RT PCR ).
