Dry cough and sneezing Is usually allergy. It is better not to give anything for occasional cough and sneezing. All cough syrups whether for dry or wet are little sedative and tend to make babies sleepy and this decrease feeding.
So if you can please try to avoid dust exposure, avoid going out and keep the children's room clean and dust free
