Dry and red eyes
Hi doctor, Can I use refresh liquigel gel drops 3 times a day and at night freshwyn gel drops ? And can I use cold compress twice a day. I am facing dry,burning and red eyes and when i use laptop my eyes are getting more strain, my screen time is 12 hours . Any permanent solution for dry ,red,burning eyes problem Please help me and suggest.

Yes you can use it.pl have vision test and slitlamp eye examination. Pl drink more water.,and Blink frequently. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Yes you can use it. You can wear plano antireflective/ bluefilter glasses while using computer. While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. To consult sos/local ophthalmologist if symptoms persist or worsen.
