Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have been prescribed Pylo-kit for a fortnigh. I haven't been able to procure it yet, pharmacies don't seem to have it regularly in their inventory. Anyway, I know that it comes in the form of a 3 tablet kit which should be taken during a meal. May I know which among the three is supposed to be taken before and after?
