Drop in Blood sugars while sleeping
Past week I have been wakening up early in the morning with the following symptoms. -palpitations -sweating and clammy -shaky -nervousness and pale All this symptoms go when I eat food. Over all health last 3 months, I have lost unexplained weight of around 10-11 kg And loss of appetite. O/E - Pulse: 116 BP: 127/65 TEMP: 37.6 RESP: 13 Blood sugar: 2.5 I'm a non diabetic don't drink or smoke and not on anything to lower blood sugar or any medication. Recent weight: 54kg Height: 5.6 ft I done a home fasting 72 hour test and at 25 hours my blood sugar dropped to 2.2
