I guess Yoga you mean to say about Asanas.. After Asanas dont drink water... do shavasana at last to relax body... then have bath. Then within half an hr. Along with food drink water. Maximum half an hr. Can give a gap after bath for food and water. Otherwise empty stomach bloats with Vata vitiation
Health Tips
All this criteria is applicable when Asanas are taken as exercises... If Asanas are taken as lifestyle then no need to follow the bath etc rules... Because if Yoga followed as lifestyle then whatever you do that posture becomes a Asana. Lots to say.. But this is in brief.
