  4. Drastic changes in AMH levels. Faulty?

Drastic changes in AMH levels
My wifes(age:29) AMH level went down from 3.66ng/ml to 1.98 ng/ml between May 2017 to Mar 2018, over the AMH test done at 2 different labs. Is that possible? or is there a chance that the testing method was faulty?
