Drank breast milk of unknown lady
I met a lady on 26th April and had protected sex with her , even did oral sex. As she was lactating I drank few drops of her breast milk. Now from past 4-5 days I am experiencing sore throat with low grade fever. I am worried whether it is HIV.
Also as confirmed by the lady she gets herself tested every 3 months.

Hi..Drinking breast milk from an unknown woman carries a very low risk of HIV transmission in adults. The virus is usually destroyed by stomach acid. However, if the person has mouth sores or gut injuries, the risk may slightly increase. Treatment depends on when the incident occurred. Consult online for further evaluation and management
