DR can’t find my problem

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have been suffering for a year on various symptoms & tons of doctors visits / ER trips & yet to know what I have. My pressure has reached 158/94, the soles of my feet burn, chest pain, fatigue, shortness of breath, weird sensation on the back of my head, dizziness.
