Sir I am facing anxiety and as you repeatedly ask questions in practo and I feel you are very much proffesional sir. My anxiety is very much yesterday I was travelling in flight and during turbulence I had palpitation and heart rate was around 112 bpm when I would be caom it used to go to around 75 bpm after I landed I got scared and I had palpitation and it was increasing till 110 bpm when I sat in car again it became normal after that when I reached home I shouted at person I was feeling scared my heart rate reached to 150 bpm from 70 bpm due to anxiety and after that happened I immediately checked my heart rate it was upto 72 bpm which is normal. Yesterday I became scared 3 times continously and when I was sleeping my heart rate was around 60 bpm. Just one month ago I had done all heart related test ecg 32 times echo 12 times TMT 9 times. This all test I did was one month ago and this incident happened yesterday. so sir will this kind of anxiety affect my heart ? Pls help me

Hello, No this anxiety will not affect your heart. The fact that you have done TMT 9 times itself says that you have pathological anxiety. There is no heart related issue. You do not need a cardiologist. I suggest you consult a psychiatrist only  he or she can help you. Otherwise uou will just keep doing repeated tests which will come normal. Take care
