Son is 2 months old got DPT pain wala today. Swollen area and has pain. Can I give ibugesic plus n pls tell dose ?

Dear parents, After routine DPT vaccinations ,fever do come &remain for 24hrs to 48hrs, give paracetamol syp or drops. There is redness and tenderness at site of injection, do cold water formentation.
