I am four Months pregnant but still I don't feel anything different or pregnant except for occasional back ache..is it normal not to feel or sense anything..I am worried whether my pregnancy is proceeding in a healthy way or not..2.5 weeks before I was tested for down syndrome and NT scan was taken and everything is normal and fine but still I am worried because my nausea and morning sickness along with breast tenderness also stopped completely and I don't feel anything different and I am feeling as if I am normal without pregnancy.
Is it normal for everything to feel the way that I feel.

Usually nausea , morning sickness subsides after 12 to 14weeks of pregnancy .
So it is completely normal. Don't stress out.
