Hello sir , one day aunty masturbated me on public train she kept her hand inside my underwear and started masturbating all of sudden sperm splashed on her hand and in my underwear , due to travelling i can't able to change my underwear , after 1 hr and 30 mins i washed my penis will it cause HIV infection??? It happened 5 days back , around my penis area small black dots visible can you please suggest me , why is this happening??
